Die casting
Die casting is the casting of aluminium in dies. After the aluminium has cooled down and been removed from the die, the product is virtually ready. Needless to say, Nijdeken subjects all products to thorough checks after they have been removed from the die to check for unevenness and sharp edges. This way, you can be sure you get a smooth product.

After die casting, we can also further process your product for you. Just like after extrusion, we can mill, tap, grind, anodise, spray, or powder coat your product. Nijdeken will deliver the high-quality product you need.
